fino’s Estidama Project: Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre

fino has executed the Project named “Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre (SZDLC)” which is dedicated to the most demanding sustainability requirements set forward by Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC). The SZDLC has achieved the five pearl rating of the Estidama Pearl Rating System (PRS) in the design phase, making it is the first UAE’s Government sustainable development to attain the highest possible rating for sustainability and a benchmark for future projects.
SZDLC is an integral part of the development of the Al Ain Wildlife Park & Resort. Located adjacent to the future main entrance of the Al Ain Wildlife Park & Resort, the Centre will be an exhibition and exploration of the natural and cultural history of the Arabian deserts, as well as deserts worldwide.
